Our website may provide an enquiry form through which you can provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, site address, type of enquiry and a brief description of your planning matter.

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to receive and respond to your enquiry.

Website enquiries are not intended to create a client relationship merely by being submitted.

5. Website analytics, cookies and tracking

Cutting Edge Planning does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking technologies or third-party analytics on this website.

The website does not currently set cookies for analytics or advertising purposes.

If we introduce analytics, cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will review this Privacy Policy and any consent or notification requirements before doing so.

6. Technical and hosting information

When you access a website, the hosting and network infrastructure used to provide the website may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, request details and date and time of access.

This information may be processed in ordinary server, security or access logs and may be used for website operation, security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.

Cutting Edge Planning does not intend to deliberately attach a visitor’s IP address to a planning enquiry or create a separate database of visitor IP addresses.

7. Spam and website security

The website may use automated measures to identify spam or malicious submissions.

This may include hidden form fields, server-side validation, rate limiting or similar security measures.

If additional third-party spam-protection services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed accordingly.

The information disclosed will depend on the particular matter and the purpose for which it is required.

9. Overseas processing

Some technology, hosting, email or other service providers used by Cutting Edge Planning may process or store information using infrastructure located outside Australia.

The location of that processing may depend on the service provider and its infrastructure arrangements.

Where appropriate, we take reasonable steps when selecting and using service providers to protect information handled on our behalf.

10. Storage and security

Cutting Edge Planning takes reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Website enquiries that are received by email form part of our normal business correspondence and may be retained in accordance with our ordinary business-record practices.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, destroy or de-identify it where appropriate.

12. Access and correction

You may contact Cutting Edge Planning if you would like to request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
